By using the BumpIt! Bot and this website you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

Bot refers to the BumpIt! Discord bot accessible through Discord's services.

Content refers to message/information/ads/text that shows up on our Service(s).

Service refers to the Website or Bot.

Third-party means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

ToS refers to these Terms of Service.

Us, Our, We refers to BumpIt!

Website refers to BumpIt!, accessible from https://www.bumpit-bot.xyz.

You, Your means the user/individual accessing or using the Service(s), or other company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service(s), as applicable.

Users Responsibility

You must respect the ToS of others as well as the Discord Terms of Service and Third-party services.
We are not responsible for the damage caused by using the Service.
We are not responsible for the damage caused by using the referred Third-party service.
Users may use commands, customize and provide data, but they are liable for what they do with the commands. Any kind of abuse can be punished with a bot ban.

Content Policy

Server ads must comply with Discord's Community Guidelines and Discord's Ad Policy. Ads that violate these policies will be removed.
Servers promoting or serving explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content are strictly prohibited and will be blacklisted.
Misleading, deceptive, or impersonating server ads are not permitted and may result in removal or a ban.
We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these policies at our sole discretion.

Blocking and Blacklisting

We may restrict access to the Service through the following measures:

Temporary Block — A short-term restriction applied for minor violations or while an issue is being reviewed.
Block — A longer-term restriction applied for repeated or more serious violations.
Blacklist — A permanent ban from the Service. Blacklisted servers cannot send or receive bumps. Blacklisting is applied to servers that host explicit or pornographic content, or that violate Discord's Terms of Service (e.g. selling accounts, scams, or other prohibited activity).

Blocked or blacklisted servers may appeal by opening a ticket in our Support Server. Appeals are reviewed at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed to be approved.

Premium and Refunds

BumpIt! Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. By purchasing Premium, you agree to the terms outlined here.
Refund requests may be submitted within 3 days of purchase by contacting us via email or opening a ticket in our Support Server.
Refunds are not available for servers that have been blacklisted, regardless of when the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to revoke Premium access without a refund if the account or server is found to be in violation of these Terms of Service.

Reporting

Users may report Content they believe violates these Terms of Service or Discord's guidelines using the bot's report command.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We do not guarantee a specific response time or outcome.
Submitting false, malicious, or abusive reports is a violation of these Terms and may result in a block or ban from the Service.

Bumps and Scheduling

All bumps sent through BumpIt!, whether manual or scheduled, are subject to the same Content Policy and Terms of Service.
We are not liable for missed or failed bumps due to downtime, rate limiting, or other technical issues.
Bump-related features may be modified or removed at any time without prior notice.

Users Rights

You can stop using our Bot service at any time by removing the bot.
You can request any data that we have collected about you.
If you discover content that is protected by copyright, you can report it to us so that we can remove it.
If you have any concerns, you can contact us to find out more information about how we store the data.

Other

The Service we provide can be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
We are not responsible for Content that is uploaded to our bot, e.g. through bumps. It is up to each user. We can remove the content when you contact us; furthermore the User can be excluded from the usage of our service.

Changes to these Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using our Service(s).
