Cancel
You can cancel a Stripe subscription at any time from your server's dashboard.
How to cancel
- Open your server's dashboard
- Select the server with the active subscription
- Go to Premium in the sidebar
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
What happens after cancellation
- Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges are made
- When the period ends, the server reverts to the free tier
- The dashboard shows a Canceling badge and the exact date access ends
Lifetime plans
Lifetime purchases do not have a subscription and cannot be cancelled — they never expire.
Notes
- Cancellation is immediate and irreversible — you cannot undo it
- If you change your mind before the period ends, you'll need to purchase a new subscription
