Server Reports
The Reports section of your server dashboard shows reports that other users have filed against your server. Use it to stay informed and respond to moderation concerns before they escalate.
How to access
- Open your server's dashboard
- Select your server from the sidebar
- Click Reports in the server navigation
Report statuses
Reports are filtered by status using the tabs at the top of the table:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
open | Newly submitted, not yet reviewed by a moderator |
in_review | A moderator is actively looking at this report |
resolved | Moderator took action (warning issued, server removed, etc.) |
dismissed | Reviewed but not acted upon |
What happens when you receive a report
- A user submits a report against your server from the discover feed or bot
- The report appears in your dashboard under Open
- A BumpIt! moderator reviews the report
- The moderator either resolves (takes action) or dismisses it
- The status updates and you can see the outcome
Notes
- You cannot respond to or dispute reports from this view — contact support if you believe a report is incorrect
- Resolved reports may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the network depending on severity
- Keeping your server's description, tags, and content accurate reduces the likelihood of reports
